Customer Service with Alexis ArnoldFor our seventh podcast we interviewed Alexis Arnold.  Our podcasts are real, raw, and uncut.  We stay authentic and won’t polish or overly edit our podcasts to be something that we are not.  Alexis Arnold has been taking photographs professionally since 2001. After living in Portland, Oregon for fifteen years and running a successful wedding and portrait photography business she is now back in her beautiful home state of Wisconsin. Her photography now focuses on business branding and interiors for real estate agents. She also teaches photography courses at NWTC Green Bay campus.

What does Customer Service mean to you?

Customer service means listening to what the clients wants and needs are. Depending on what service or product you offer often times you will need to customize it to meet the clients needs.

How would you handle a disgruntled customer?

The thing you really need to remember is to stop and listen. If it’s via phone then let them talk, do not interrupt and try to find the source of the problem. If it’s via email we are often quick to react. Slow down, read it then read it again. Do not reply until you are in a calm and collected state of mind. Often issues can be resolved when you take the time to really hear what they are saying.
